Jumpstart Reserves are reserves placed on your account to protect both your account and WePay from the financial impact of losses due to refunds and chargebacks if there is a disruption to the scheduled event. You will be notified of any Jumpstart Reserve placed on your account to the email address linked to your account. You will also be able to see your Jumpstart Reserve when logged into the Merchant Center. Typically, Jumpstart Reserves are held on merchants holding events or those who pose a greater risk for excessive chargebacks or refunds (see
