2-Step Verification is an added security option for your WePay account. With 2-Step Verification, you protect your account with two layers of security: your password (something you know) and your phone (something you have).
Every time you login from a new computer or device, we will ask you to enter both your password and a specially generated code that will be sent to you via SMS text message or generated on your mobile phone.
You'll be prompted to enter in this code when you try to login to WePay from a new location:

You can also choose to to have WePay remember the new computer, which will not require entering a code the next time you login from that computer.
