How do I start a refund?

If your transaction has been made within the last 60 days, you should be able to begin the refund process within the application, website, or platform where you also had your checkout. If it's not clear how to proceed with the application, try reaching out to them and they should be able to help you with your refund in most situations.

If it has been more than 60 days, you can submit a request with the link below and work with our support team to see if a refund can be issued. WePay will work with you and the parties involved about resolving the refund.
