Why did my payment fail?

Payments can fail for a variety of reasons. Most often this happens if we are unable to verify the account you are making a payment to or if information entered during the payment was incomplete. Something just as simple as a typo could do it. A payment will also fail if:

  • the payment violated our Terms of Service
  • the payment made to an account we are no longer able to process payments for
  • the administrator of the account is not based in the United States
