If you requested your WePay funds via paper check, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays).

For example, if you requested a paper check on Friday 8/7, your check should arrive on or before 8/21.

Help! It's been more than 10 days! 

If it's been more than 10 business days and your check still has not arrived, you'll first need to verify and update your mailing address in your WePay account home. You can do this by following the steps below:

  1. Login to your WePay account at
  2. Click the 'Settings' icon above your balance: 
  3. Next click on the 'Withdrawals' tab on the left:
  4. Finally, click the blue 'Change' button to update or add a new mailing address:
  5. On the next screen, click the dropdown menu under 'Where should we send the check?' to change or update your address.

Requesting a Check Replacement

Once you've finished updating your address, please email us by hitting 'Submit A Request' at the top of this window. We'll cancel your existing check and get a new one sent out right away!
